Dorothy Spence
Session Clerk
Dorothy has been our Session Clerk since 2013. The role is focused on the Kirk Session meeting – assisting the minister (or interim moderator) in drawing up the agenda, ensuring that the meeting is called properly, taking the minute of the meeting and following up any correspondence required. Also, ensuring that members of the congregation have support from an Elder is an important aspect of the role. Dot is also part of the Worship Team.
Patricia Lawrie
Treasurer
Pat manages the financial affairs of the Church and has been our Treasurer for many years. To contact Pat, please click on the email link below.
Josh Keay
Community Worker
Josh has been appointed to work alongside the three parishes of Bonnyrigg; Cockpen & Carrington & Lasswade & Rosewell. He works closely with Lorna and also Louise Purden, the Minister for Bonnyrigg.
Josh grew up in Rosewell, so knows the area well. He studied theology and youth work at university whilst doing a placement at Gorebridge Parish Church.
